15th of August – Early registration / Abstract submission begins

1st of November – Abstract deadline (extended for posters only)

Refund policy

Guest Registration

Registered in-person conference attendees can register a guest ($100/individual). Guest participation is limited to non-ticketed social events. To attend in-person events, such as presentations, individuals should register at the full conference rate. Guests are required to have a ticket for the banquet.

Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. A refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation request is received by November 15, 2023. After these dates, refunds are NOT available. Fees will not be canceled for registered participants who do not attend and have not notified the conference registration office by the posted cancellation deadlines.

Photographs, Publicity, and Participant Lists 

Registration for the IBS meeting gives consent for photographs, publicity, and inclusion on the participant list unless the IBS is notified in writing prior to the start date.

Program Cancellation Policy 

The IBS may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled, and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the IBS.
