Early Registration

Late Registration

(Nov 8, 2018 to Jan 8, 2019)

  • Student (IBS Member):  240 €
  • Regular (IBS Member):  490 €
  • Non-member (student & regular):  590 €

Abstract submission:

  • Talks:  Abstract notifications for 5 minute and 15 minute talks were sent by email around November 8th (check your email if you’re waiting to hear) 
  • Posters:  Deadline to submit for a poster only was November 7, 2018, however the submission site will remain unofficially open until we run out of space if you’d like to submit late.

Abstracts should be one paragraph, 250 words maximum, font = Calibri, or paste as text.  No figures or images.  250 limit does not include authors or title.

If you need a VISA in order to attend the conference, please apply as soon as possible – a minimum of 2 months is needed for Spain, and with the holidays, it will be longer.  Apply 3 months in advance if possible.  Please note that visa invitation letters are usually only given to those who have registered for the conference, but contact us with any questions.

You can submit any number of abstracts to be reviewed, but the limits for presenting are 1 talk and/or 2 posters per presenter.

Refund policy:

Refund of registration fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is sent to the organizing committee via our contact page.  The following deductions apply:

  • 95% refund if done prior to Dec 1st
  • 80% refund if canceled between Dec 1st and Jan 1st
  • Refunds after January 1st are only given on a case by case basis if budget allows.
